What makes career corps different?

.

"Service Beyond Service"™

Not a typical volunteer program- Find out why!

Organized program

Each Career Corps member has an actual position, tasks, and supervisor. You are matched to a position that is a fit for your skills and abilities and you see the impact your tasks have on the organization and the people served.

Development focused

Our program is not just about the training needed for the volunteer position, but also offers professional development and advanced skills training.

Beyond the position

Mentorship for Executive or Management level team members from each Career Corps member's industry. Opportunities to serve as a Career Corps Ambassador to other partner organizations for additional experience.

Training that makes a difference

All training is designed to benefit the Career Corps member for this and future positions. This includes training on the organization, our processes and procedures, and training for your department.

Outcome driven

There is a purpose to this program and it is not just to meet organizational need! This program gives back to the Career Corps Member by providing current work experience and more!
