On September 17, 2009, the MSCCN Board of Directors met for the second time in 2009
to discuss the way forward for the MSCCN. "I was so very moved by the dedication
and focus my Board of Directors placed into the MSCCN's ability to remain IRS perfect
and financially transparent. The Board strategy plan allows the MSCCN to remain
solvent and strong for the next five years and beyond," said Deb Kloeppel.
"There's still a great deal of work to be done, but knowing that MSCCN continues to be
blessed by such a prestigious and dedicated Board of Directors, relieves a great deal
of anxiety on my part as President and CEO, during these very tough economic times. I've
always believed that when people truly stick together for a meaningful cause - nothing
(and I mean nothing) can stop the growth of their mission."

Kloeppel, President and CEO of MSCCN.

Finance Committee
MSCCN prides itself on our pristine business model. Our program is a nontaxable
non-profit mission-first business mind set. Our financial status and financial operation
are a source of great pride for MSCCN's Board of Director and the MSCCN team. In
2009, the IRS and the McCormick Foundation vetted MSCCN administrative costs at
only 16%. We are working hard to keep those costs down and are proud of our
success so far. Our goal is to reduce those costs even further!
MSCCN is honored to have the following members on this committee:
Dan Kloeppel,
Chairman
Joseph Ward
L. C. Williams
