CareGivers Corporate Placement
for the MSCCN Pinnacle Foundation

MSCCN Proudly Supports CSG

War Wounded Couples Job Placement
MSCCN values what the military services and DOD have done
to assist our war wounded and their caregivers. We believe
that taking care of our own is what makes the military
community powerful in its own right. Therefore, MSCCN
announces our efforts to help war wounded and their
caregivers find meaningful employment.

MSCCN intends to hire 50 war wounded couples in the next year.

About the CareGiver Corporate Placement
Due to the MSCCN Pinnacle Foundation's increased visibility, our nation's caregivers
and war-wounded veterans have contacted us for training and employment opportunities.

We understand these caregivers, who are mainly parents and spouses, have difficult
issues to face and are in need of an employment support network. War wounded and
their primary caregivers are a number one priority with MSCCN, which is why we
created the Caregiver Corporate Placement.

Special Sesame Street Show for Military Children

MSCCN has been asked to post a link that provides details of the premiere airing of
Sesame Street for military kids: "Coming Home: Military Families Cope With Change"
that was on April 1 at 8 p.m.

Linked here is information about this important video from Sesame Workshop. It uses
Elmo and the Sesame Street muppets to help military kids deal with a parent who has
"changed" due to a deployment. Military families who want a copy of the video can get
it from Military One Source. Please check your local listings for channel and time
information for future airings.

Seeking Caregivers to Share Concerns and Success

We are requesting volunteers currently going through similar situations to share their
employment concerns and successes with other caregivers. The primary focus is to
create a support network for employment of the patient and/or the caregiver.

If you are interested in becoming part of this support network, contact us at
askus@msccn.org. Please specify your name, email address, if you are a parent or
spouse caregiver, the state where you reside and indicate that you would like to
be a patient/caregiver volunteer supporter for the CCP.

If you do not wish to volunteer, but would like our help, just email the CCP at the
above address and ask for a volunteer to assist you. We will contact one of our CCP
volunteers to call or email you. Please provide your email and telephone numbers, as
well as your address in your request to expedite the process.
