CASY-MSCCN Partnership with DirectEmployers

On August 16, 2010, The Military Spouse Corporate Career announced its partnership with DirectEmployers Association, Inc. and their membership in the National Labor Exchange (NLX). The partnership enabled the MSCCN to provide Web access to an additional 500,000 fresh job opportunities per month to military-affiliated jobseekers – military spouses, transitioning military, veterans, war wounded, and caregivers of war wounded – from every branch of service, including the Guard and Reserve.

Military-affiliated applicants upload their resumes and apply to positions with corporate partners on MSCCN’s secure talent management gateway, powered by Kenexa Corporation, while receiving personalized employment assistance from MSCCN’s team. Recruiters from partner companies access the MSCCN gateway to find candidates with the skills and qualifications they are seeking.The MSCCN team tracks applicants through the process and provides them support and assistance with finding employment.
