How We Operate

	A team of highly educated and experienced military spouses, caregivers, and veterans who specialize in employment readiness, resume assistance, virtual training, mentorship / individualized assistance, and more.
	11 CASY-MSCCN Career Corps Members (volunteers) who have given more than 2000 hours in 7 months from June to December 2011
	Key partnerships with Kenexa and DirectEmployers Association who provide valuable tools and resources that help MSCCN provide programs and resources.
	Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with each branch of service.
	Relationships with military family centers throughout the world in support of their employment programs.
	Funding that is provided via donations, grants, and/or sponsorships from employers, organizations, and individuals, so there are ZERO cost to our job seekers.
	Military to Civilian Jobs Network Alliance Jobs Program for the National Guard MSCCN formed the Alliance in 2011 in order to fill current job openings and create new jobs for the National Guard. All job campaigns under the CASY-MSCCN Alliance will utilize our Applicant and Job Placement Services, and Technology, as we connect directly to hiring managers and recruiters within the 1500 employer group which currently comprises the CASY-MSCCN program.

The MSCCN is a powerhouse program that, during the last seven years, has consistently delivered our impressive measurable results and statistical outcomes for the Department of Defense and all branches of the Armed Forces in the area of military employment, job readiness, and job placement successes.
