MSCCN has been a training ground for the entrepreneurial spirit since it's inception in 2004!

Every Team Member who walked through MSCCN's virtual door, built upon skills sets they never knew existed. Why? Because we here at MSCCN perform all business functions on our own. Nothing is outsourced in our MSCCN program. We force ourselves to learn every part of the program when cross-training our magnificent team of professional military spouses. We soon learned that when Team Members left MSCCN to pursue other “jobs” - most of them started their own business. Why? We trained them to be independent workers, who remain life learners.

I coined the term. “Life Learners are Life Earners”™ because of the joy, gratitude and passion I have for business. Business is my baby; business is my life; and I make no apologies dedicating 16 hours a day creating a program that revolutionized military employment.

This is the reason we created MSCCN's Entrepreneurial Focus Program. We wanted to gather the best independent workers within our military community and train them to become owners of their schedules, owners of their market share and, mostly, create jobs to keep this economy going.

Since MSCCN's inception in 2004, I have personally employed 52 people and our MSCCN program has placed thousands of military applicants into corporate jobs.

If that isn't jobs creation in its purest form – nothing is!

Our Entrepreneurial Focus Program will give our military entrepreneurs the tools necessary to decide:
