Military Applicant Workplace Resources
Welcome to our Military Applicant Workplace Resource Center
This page provides military applicants with
amazing stories from highly successful people who have
overcome many obstacles to discover their passion for life,
love and profession, when assisting our military community.
“We are very selective when placing pictures, bios and
stories of people on our website” says Deb Kloeppel, Founder
and CEO of MSCCN. “We attract millions of
applicants, readers, military groups and corporate audiences
here at MSCCN – we can afford to be extremely particular. I
am honored to present our first showcase in this powerful
section of our website,
Cheryl Stone, Vice-President
of Operations, ASMBA and the ASMBA STAR Foundation."
All little girls dream of who they want to become
when they grow up. We
play house and, back in the 60’s when I was growing up, we
watched Disney, and dreamed of becoming a princess (who
would, of course, somehow be rescued by a handsome prince or
knight in shining armor), a veterinarian (who hasn’t gone
through “bringing home that abandoned puppy or kitten”
phase?), and later, a famous author or world-renowned rock
star (I just knew with MY voice I would be the next Barbra Streisand!). By high
school and college, in spite of intense concentrations in
marketing and advertising, I was set on becoming a
paralegal, or even an attorney. Never in a million years did
I think about working with
the military.

need a humor break. The DoD, Navy, and Army Corps of
Engineers have all used

help staff in adapting to change or reducing stress. You can
sample her videos online at her website. If you have a
chance at attend one of her keynote speeches, please do. If
you would like a quick humor pick-me-up, view her video
clips online. We especially like the following ones:
Harnessing Stress
Aging is a State of Mind
Deb Kloeppel advises, "Dear Military Spouses - if you EVER
get a chance to hear Kathleen Passanisi keynote
address...DON'T miss the opportunity! She's wonderful,
relevant, and absolutely motivational in a humanistic way.
Best keynote speaker I've heard since Erma Bombeck!"
