We are currently recruiting top talent for our next class of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in our Medicare Customer Service group located in New Albany, OH. This position requires answering questions and resolving issues based on phone calls from Medicare members. This position requires a high degree of empathy and patience. This position also requires performing a review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible and educating the member on their plan of benefits.
Fundamental Components of the Customer Service Representative role include, but are not limited to:
Answers questions and resolves issues based on phone calls and other members inquiries. Documents and tracks contacts with members. Educates members on our self-service options. Reviews and troubleshoots claims for correct processing. Exceeding our members service expectations is our standard.
