WOW Consortium, Naples, Florida

Deb Kloeppel, Founder and President of Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN) has been invited to join the prestigious WOW (Women Opportunity Wealth) consortium, in Naples, Florida. “The WOW consortium is made up of the most powerful and influential women in the nation. Their philanthropic reach is enormous. It isn’t just money we’re talking about here. These women network their time, resources, wisdom, lessons learned and rolodex with one another. I have literally prayed to join a group such as this one that will allow me to present the executive events that we will be attending” said Kloeppel. “MSCCN continues to attract amazing patriots who truly want to help our military families through pristine nonprofit organizations, such as the MSCCN.”

During September and October, the MSCCN and the Missouri National Guard, along with Missouri Career Centers will launch “Show-Me Heroes Job Club created and powered by the MSCCN.

Deb Kloeppel, Founder and CEO of MSCCN will kick off the Job Club’s 4 week event with
her dynamic and highly regarded employment readiness motivational address, “Own the Career Ground You Walk On.”

“Colonel Alan Rohlfing, Director, Show-Me Heroes (Missouri Division of Workforce Development), and Lieutenant Colonel, Missouri Army National Guard, along with my wonderful Team of military spouse professionals at MSCCN, have developed a first-ever employment readiness training program that takes the stress and overwhelming feelings of doubt and invisibility to employers, out of the job search for our returning combat warriors and their spouses.” said Kloeppel.

The Missouri “Show-Me Heroes Job Club“™ created and powered by the MSCCN has the approval of the Missouri Workforce and the Missouri Governor’s office. “We knew the Governor would love this program” says Kloeppel. “We’ve taken on all of the challenges our returning Warriors face when they come home to an uncertain job market, and teach them how to TARGET their job search, develop an amazing resume and present themselves as leaders and dedicated workers, ready for any challenge before them.”
