MSCCN Career Stepping Stones Call Center Program
MSCCN is proud to announce the creation
and implementation of the Country's first-ever Call Center
Training Program including job placement offers upon
completion of training for:
- Caregivers to War Wounded
- War Wounded
- National Guard returning Soldiers
- Military Spouses
MSCCN Career Stepping Stones Call Center
Program intends to educate candidates on career
opportunities available, and ultimately raise the image and
dignity of call center professionals through follow up, training, higher pay, and ongoing networking
opportunities. Connecting MSCCN call center professionals to
one another and to call center employers with nationwide
opportunities; our call center Employers will work
side-by-side with our MSCCN Team to build the finest and
most trusted call center training operations in the nation
for our military affiliated applicants.
Here are just a few of the training
components:

MSCCN will simplify existing reference materials as
much as possible. |

We will organize training topics, and publish
best-practice procedures. |

Our MSCCN call center professionals will role-play a
variety of call types in order to prepare them
for realistic situations. The role-play model will
include both simple and more complex calls, as well
as different call types. |

Model the learning environment to match on-the-job
conditions as closely as possible. For example, are there
multiple conversations or other distraction taking
place in the background? |

We will partner with companies to ensure the success
of training. |

We provide support to Call Center Professionals to
remain at peak performance. |

We will educate our Call Center Professional
to balance home and career |

We will select high paying and caring call centers
to provide opportunities for our MSCCN Call Center
Professionals. |

We will provide our MSCCN Call Center Professionals
with a supportive work environment that provides
them dignity, self-worth, and mobility of careers
during PCS. |
